If you become a member with us, we need your details to ensure that you can also follow classes with us in accordance with your subscription. But you can rest assured that we will always handle your personal data with care. We (Barraco Team Rotterdam and the supplier of our membership administration) take good care of them and keep them safe. We are happy to tell you what we do with your personal data and why we need it. If you have any questions after reading our privacy statement, please do not hesitate to contact us.

This privacy statement applies to all personal data that we process from everyone who has followed a trial lesson and/or has become a member of our gym.
WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA?
Personal data is all data that can be traced back to you as an individual. This includes your name, telephone number, address or e-mail address. But data such as your customer number are also personal data. Also other data that is unique to you.
WHO DO WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA AND HOW DO WE GET THIS DATA?
We process the personal data of anyone who contacts us by email, books a trial lesson or is a member of our gym. We receive this information directly from you when you email us, create a (trial lesson) account and fill in certain information or when you contact us via our contact form. For the time being, we do not receive any information about you from other parties. If this could possibly occur, you will first have to give your permission to the other party to provide data to us.
WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS ABOUT YOU, WHAT DO WE USE IT FOR AND HOW LONG IS IT KEEPS? GOOGLE ANALYTICS
We use Google Analytics to gain insight into how visitors use the website. In this way we can improve the website and make it more customer-friendly. We do not share any data with Google for the use of Google Analytics. In fact, we only use data that Google already has to analyze our website.
Jortt/Mollie are a membership administration system that we use to keep track of our membership administration, collect our monthly subscription and communicate with you. As soon as you unsubscribe as a member, your customer data will be deleted on the date of unsubscribe. You do not have to request anything for this, it is automatic. The following data can be recorded in Jortt/Mollie.
Contact information (such as name, telephone number, email, address, etc.)
Login details (login name and password)
Payment details (IBAn account number + BIC/SWIFT)
Information/statistics (registration date, known via, date of birth)
Subscriptions / strip card
You can also view all the data that we record in your portal or via the app.
EMAIL VIA JORTT/MOLLIE / OWN MAIL ACCOUNT
We use Jortt/Mollie or our own mail account to send periodic newsletters to members or to contact you if necessary. For this we use your e-mail that you provided during your registration.
Our banking package may contain information about you. This is especially true if you pay us an amount by bank transfer or if we transfer an amount to you. In addition, your data is visible if a monthly amount/collection is refunded (too little balance, refunded yourself, etc). The bank package mainly contains your name and account number.
The moment you contact us by e-mail or vice versa (if we contact you by e-mail), this e-mail exchange is recorded in our e-mail application. In terms of data, this mainly concerns your name and e-mail address as well as the content of the e-mail.
WHERE DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?
We largely store your data within the European Economic Area (“EEA”). This mainly concerns the data that we record in our membership administration. Data that is on Social Media (by liking or responding) is stored with the providers of these applications, which are mainly located outside the EEA. In these cases we – insofar as we have the resources – ensure that this is done in a safe and lawful manner.
HOW DO WE SECURE YOUR DATA?
Our service provider in the field of our membership administration takes many measures to protect your personal data. Both organizationally and technically. In addition, we ensure by means of a strict access control that your personal data is only accessible to employees of Barraco Team Rotterdam for whom it is necessary that they work with it. Do we give your data to someone else (such as the supplier of our membership administration)? Then we require that the other party treats your data as carefully as we do. WHAT ARE THE RIGHTS YOU CAN EXERCISE WITH REGARD TO YOUR DATA? RIGHT TO INFORMATION
You have the right to request access from us at any time to the data we have available about you. You can request this by contacting us via the contact form and explicitly requesting this. We process requests within 30 days at the latest.
RIGHT TO INFORMATION
You have the right to an understandable and transparent explanation of how we handle your personal data and which rights you can exercise in that regard. In that context, we have tried by means of this privacy statement to inform you in detail which data we collect from you and how we handle this data.
RIGHT TO CORRECTION
You have the right to have your personal data corrected if it is incorrect or outdated and/or to have it completed if it is incomplete.
RIGHT TO OBJECTION
If you do not agree with the way in which we process your personal data, you have the right to object to the processing of your data.
RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY
You have the right to receive data that you have provided to us in the context of the agreement(s) you have concluded with us in a machine-readable format, so that you can store this data in a database of yours or of a other party. This concerns the following data: name, email, telephone, registration date, start date, end date, active products, days ago last participation, percentage of turnout, coach, registration number, payment method, status, balance, renewal date and discount. We can provide you with this information in a CSV/Excel file format.
RIGHT TO LIMITATION
You have the right to request restriction of the processing of your data. This means that we may keep your data but not use it. This right arises in a number of cases. If you believe that this is the case, you can contact us via the contact form.
REQUEST TO DELETE ACCOUNT OR RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN
You have the right to request us to delete all data we have about you or to delete your account. When you submit a request to delete your account, we will delete data that can be traced back to you, except for the data that we are required or allowed to keep by law. If you would like to submit such a request, please contact us and fill out the contact form. Please note: if you unsubscribe as a member of Barraco Team Rotterdam, we will also remove your data from our system (from the end of the contract). You do not have to submit a request for removal for this. This is already automatic.
RIGHT TO MAKE A COMPLAINT
You have the right to submit a complaint about the way in which we handle your data. If you have a complaint, we prefer to solve it ourselves. Please contact us via the complaints form. Your complaint will then be dealt with urgently by us. Finally, you have the right to address your complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
